Big D The Movie Blog: An Update

Hello Hello fellow movie buffs and enthusiasts! This blog is back after another lengthy hiatus, and hopefully is here to stay for the long haul.  Although I have not been blogging a lot does not mean I have not been watching movies.  The average person in America goes to see about 4-10 movies every calendar year, while I myself have already gone to the movies about 15 times in 2014.  Movies allow everyone to escape the real world and all of its problems for 2 hours, and just have a good time.  That said, I plan on writing many movie reviews especially once the summer blockbuster season goes into full effect.  Captain America:  The Winter Soldier just came out about a week ago, and that is pretty much the unofficial opening of the floodgates into the busiest movie season of the year.  BRING IT ON.  In addition to reviews, I will continue the series on my 5 favorite movies of all time, while also posting various top 10 lists such as best comedies of all time or most anticipated movies of 2014.  I am also toying with the idea of doing a once a week post outlining all the movie news that came out in the previous week.  Yes? No? I don't know.  Please, if any readers out there have suggestions on what to write about; feel free to speak up.  I am very open to suggestions.  I'm even considering starting a youtube channel where I can do vlogs, movie reviews, and other things.  Again, all these ideas are early in development, but they are out there.  My next review will most likely be Captain America:  The Winter Soldier(Which is AMAZING by the way), and I also plan on listing my most anticipated films of this year.  Anyways, it feels good to be back, and I will try to be more consistent with my posting; just hang in there.  Until next time......Hail Hydra
